In the gateway traffic, request body and response values are recorded in ElasticSearch. Thus, user actions could be stored in more detail. If the customer wishes, they can hide these fields with Mask policy.

Necessary arrangements have been made to show backward system outages in the Grafana report on a service basis. Thus, how standing the services are within the scope of SLA can be reported.
